Frank-Peter Zimmerman plays Brahms’ “Violin Concerto” with the New York Philharmonic

Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. Frank-Peter Zimmerman is the soloist in Brahms’ “Violin Concerto”. Music Director Alan Gilbert conducts.  Also on the program, Schoenberg’s “Pelleas und Melisande” one of his early “tonal” works.
