Exec coach LaTonya Wilkins talks about improving workplace cultures

As we approach our third year of the pandemic, there’s no denying there’s been a drastic shift in the way we do, view and approach work. To talk about reimagining workplace culture and the "Great Resignation," we were joined by an author and speaker who helps leaders develop and maintain inclusive and supportive spaces. 

Champaign-Urbana was one of many towns across the country under a winter storm warning. According to the National Weather Service, the cities have received seven inches of snow so far with more in the forecast.

Winter storm updates

Thanks to this week's winter storm, highways from Chicago to Carbondale were covered with snow according to IDOT, and driving proved treacherous. Today on the show, we checked in with reporters who have been following the storm, a meteorologist and a climatologist.
