Illinois Public Media receives four Mid-America EMMY® nominations

Illinois Public Media has received four nominations for the 2020 National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Mid-America Regional Chapter EMMY® Awards. These nominations span local and regional efforts by Illinois Public Media and include outstanding work in public affairs, human interest, musical composition, and documentary and culture achievements in television.

“We are honored by these Emmy nominations and extremely grateful to our donors making these programs possible,” says Maurice “Moss” Bresnahan, CEO and president of Illinois Public Media. “We are especially proud to be nominated at a time when public media is more important than ever.”

Illinois Public Media's nominations are listed out by category below. The winners will be announced during the virtual Mid-America EMMY® Awards ceremony on November 21, 2020.
