Coach John Groce says the redshirt junior plans on earning his degree before transferring to another college to pursue a master's degree.
 

Illinois guards Aaron Cosby and Rayvonte Rice have been suspended indefinitely for violating team rules, coach John Groce announced in a statement.

The Illini improve to 4-5 in Big Ten Conference play.  The win comes as two key players - who had suffered injuries - were suspended indefinitely for violating team rules.
