Kipper Nichols and Leron Black each scored 17 points and grabbed 11 and 9 rebounds, respectively, to lead the Illini men past Marshall by a score of 91-74 Sunday evening at State Farm Center.

The Illini men beat DePaul 82-73 last night in Champaign. Freshman Mark Smith connected on 12-of-12 free throw attempts and finished with a game-high 21 points. Kipper NIchols added 16 points, and Aaron Jordan grabbed a game-high 9 rebounds for the Illini.

The Illini men’s basketball team improved to 2-0 Sunday night, but not without a scare from Tennessee-Martin in a 77-74 win.

Aaron Jordan and Mark Alstork each scored 17 points to lead the Illini men to a 102-55 win over the Southern University Jaguars Friday night in Champaign. 

The Illini men's basketball team will travel to Charleston Friday night for a public scrimmage against the Eastern Illinois Panthers. It's an NCAA-exempt event, with all proceeds aiding American Red Cross disaster relief efforts.
