“Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis” & Walton’s “Vionlin Concerto”
Vaughan Williams wrote his "Fantasia" in 1910 with a premiere later that same year; the Walton Violin Concerto dates from 1938-39 and had it's premeiere in Cleveland with the dedicatee Heifetz as soloist, Rodzinski conducting.
