Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs told The 21st what will and will not be auctioned off at the unclaimed property auction at the Illinois State Fair. 

Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs said his office has distributed a record $200 million in unclaimed cash to Illinois residents in the last 10 months.
