The 21st Show

The 21st—Thursday, December 19, 2019

A museum and shop in downtown Springfield highlights the contributions of Black entrepreneurs throughout history along Route 66. We heard some of those stories. Also, it’s the time of year to gather with loved ones binge all of your favorite holiday films. We got a roundup of some of the best, and worst, holiday films—with two Illinois film aficionados. We also explored what’s driving a trend in a teen subculture known as VSCO girls.
