Exploring Illinois Pizzas: St. Louis Style

We’re continuing our series on exploring the different pizzas available across Illinois. This time around we're heading southwest to the city of St. Louis, focusing on St. Louis Style Pizza. It's very similar to Chicago's tavern style pizza with a little twist on the type of cheese used.
