Tonight at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL 90.9 FMHD1 you’ll hear Mendelssohn’s Op. 44, No. 2 String Quartet on the “Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”. At 7:00 o’clock you’ll hear music by Albeniz and Piazzolla on Fiesta.

Intimate Sounds

Fiesta offers a series of glamorous and intimate combinations of instruments that are not often presented together: oboe and guitar, clarinet and guitar, viola and guitar, as well as some ensembles integrating all of the above. Works by Isaac Albéniz, Egberto Gismonti, and Astor Piazzolla will be featured.
