Tonight at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “Illinois Classical” you’ll hear music by Tchaikovsky and Brahms on the “Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”. At 7:00 you’ll hear concertos from Argentina and Brazil on “Fiesta”.

Two of the largest countries in South America, Argentina and Brazil boast powerful musical traditions. We present an oboe concerto by Argentine living composer Eduardo Alonso-Crespo and a piano concerto by one of the greatest composers of Brazil: Mozart Camargo Guarnieri.
