Inon Barnatan plays Brahms’ 1st Piano Concerto with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra
Tangential to the conductor's work of conducting is selecting music to put together a "program". Music Director Edo de Waart has put together a program whose theme is "the Tortured Soul". Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on WILL-FM 90.9 Inon Barnatan is the soloist in Brahms’ 1st Piano Concerto with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. Music Director Edo de Waart conducts. Also on the program: Schumann’s “Manfred Overture” and Sir James MacMillan’s “The Confession of Isabel Gowdie”.
