Mozart’s K. 593 String Quintet on tonight’s “Evening Concert”

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 you’ll hear Mozart’s K. 593 “String Quintet in D Major” and Brahms’ “Opus 101 Piano Trio” on “The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”. At 8:00 you’ll hear performances by all-female ensembles on “Early Music Now”.

This edition of Early Music Now presents performances by all-female ensembles. We'll hear the Oslobased group Trio Mediaeval perform the 14th century Tournai Mass, plus Anonymous 4 with 13th and 14th century English chant and polyphony. Performances by Sequentia and Psallentes are also included.
