Illinois Public Media’s feature film Illinois Country wins two Mid-America EMMY® Awards

The 2020 National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Mid-America Regional Chapter EMMY® Awards awarded the Illinois Country team with outstanding work in “Documentary - Cultural” for the film as a whole and “Musical Composition/Arrangement” for its original song "Backroads."

Illinois Public Media, WCIA-TV Channel 3, and the League of Women Voters of Champaign County will host an Illinois 13th Congressional District debate between Republican incumbent Rodney Davis and Democrat challenger Betsy Dirksen Londrigan on Monday, October 5 in the WCIA studios, located in Champaign, Illinois.

Illinois Public Media is proud to partner with PBS for the 9th Annual PBS Short Film Festival, coming to PBS and WILL digital platforms July 13-24, 2020.
