Vic McIntosh, who served from 1998-2009 and 2012 to present, says he's moving to unincorporated Urbana.  It's the council's second resignation in recent weeks.  McIntosh held off on this announcement earlier this year, after learning that Marci Dodds was resigning her seat in District 4. 

High School social studies teacher Greg Stock was sworn in Tuesday night, after the Champaign City Council chose him from a field of ten applicants to take the District Four council seat left vacant by the departure of Marci Dodds.
