The 21st: Financial Aid for Undocumented Students, & Budget Impasse Voting Issues

There are at least 1,500 college students in Illinois who are undocumented. Now - they’re heading to Springfield to try to get help with financial aid. 

Also, election boards around Illinois are warning that the state budget impasse could cause headaches for voters come November.
