Amid an increase in violence targeting Americans of Asian descent, Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker on Monday issued a “call to action.” The 21st spoke to state Rep. Theresa Mah, the first Asian-American elected to the Illinois General Assembly, to hear more.
