Many communities are struggling during this time, whether it be from economic uncertainty or the ever-growing threat of the coronavirus. However, most American's said they feel optimistic according to a national survey by Public Agenda.

Over the weekend Illinois’ confirmed coronavirus cases surged past 11 thousand cases. To help prepare for the growing number of cases, Governor JB Pritzker has added more health suggestions.

On Today's 21st: Over the weekend, Illinois surged past 11 thousand confirmed cases of COVID-19. Governor JB Pritzker says he thinks most people are doing the right thing, staying at home.  Prtizker also says the state will need more ventilators to prepare for a worst case scenario. We spoke with an Illinois engineer whose team created a device meant to help.
