How Early Was COVID Spreading in Illinois?

Some recent studies indicate that COVID-19 may have been circulating around the country earlier than we previously thought, and much earlier than when lockdown measures were put in place. The 21st spoke with two scientists about how early coronavirus may have started spreading in Illinois.
