Illinois Suspends No-Overtime Policy For Home Care Workers

Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner's administration has suspended its no-overtime policy for workers caring for disabled residents in their homes, just hours before the workers' union planned to file a lawsuit
challenging its legality. Secretary of Human Services James Dimas will seek permission to bar overtime hours through a legislatively approved rule.

LGBT Foster Children; Lost And Found Dogs; Precision Medicine; Pencils World Record

On the 21st: We talked about the outreach that the Illinois Department of Family Services is making to the broader LGBT community to help place LGBT children in foster and adoptive homes.
