Frustration Mounting For Medical Cannabis Board Chair

Illinois Medical Cannabis Advisory Board Chair Leslie Mendoza Temple wants more feedback from Gov. Rauner's administration after 11 conditions were rejected for treatment.  Three of them, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, were endorsed a second time by the panel last week.

Illinois legislators will return to Springfield Tuesday, leaving them one last day to get a budget deal in order. This year's spending plan expires at midnight on June 30. Not only is there no long-term agreement, there's no sign of a provisional one either.
