Thursday night May 12 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. Music Director Ken-David Masur leads the group in Vaughan Williams’ “Concerto Grosso” and Elgar’s “Serenade for Strings”.

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 you’ll hear music by Bach, Vivaldi, and others on “The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”.  At 8:00 it’s music from Puerto Rico, Cuba, and other islands as “Fiesta! With Elbio Barilari” returns”.

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the Cleveland Orchestra in a program from their archives.  Mischa Dichter is the soloist in Brahms’ “1st Piano Concerto. Pierre Boulez conducts.  Also on the program Handel’s “Alexander’s Feast” Concerto Grosso and Prokofiev’s “Scythian Suite”.
