Five former Northern Illinois University fraternity members have been sentenced to community service instead of prison, and will pay $1,000 fines in a hazing case involving the 2012 death of a pledge, 19-year-old David Bogenberger. 17 others who faced misdemeanor charges will perform community service and pay fines of $500 each.
