Wednesday night June 22 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the “Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra”. You’ll hear Debussy’s “La Mer” (The Sea) and Ravel’s “La Valse”. Juraj Valcuha guest conducts.  Also on the program Prokofiev’s “3rd Symphony and Glazunov’s “Concert Waltz No. 1”.

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the San Francisco Symphony. Soprano Sasha Cooke is the soloist in selections from “The Boy’s Magic Horn” by Mahler. Also on the program Berlioz’ “Overture to ‘Benvenuto Cellini’” and Ravel’s “La Valse”.
