C-U Mayors, Business Leaders, Students Weigh In On Impasse

The Illinois Coalition to Invest in Higher Education looks at the state's nearly 9-month budget impasse, and not only the impact on students, but the local economy.  Members who held a press conference Monday include mayors, those leading research efforts on the University of Illinois campus, and student leaders from the U of I and Parkland College.

Sunday’s ‘Voices Unite’ Concert Brings U Of I Choir And Vienna Choir Together

Choirs from Vienna, Austria, and the University of Illinois will come together for a concert this Sunday night at Krannert Center’s Foellinger Great Hall with Sinfonia da Camera titled, appropriately, “Voices Unite.”  Illinois Public Media's Brian Moline talked about the concert with U of I Director of Choral Activities Andrew Megill.
