The Evening Concert

Masur passed away last December 19th. The Philharmonic put together this program in his honor.

Anne-Sophie Mutter is the guest soloist in Max Bruch's "Violin Concerto No. 1" on this broadcast concert from the PSO.

Ludovic Morlot guest conducts the CSO in Beethoven's 3rd Symphony and music of Berlioz and Anna Clyne.

Bass-baritone Jose van Dam turned 75 last year and to celebrate the event the WFMT Network put together this program using Maestro van Dam's recorded legacy.
