Wednesday night September 4th at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s the Los Angeles Philharmonic. You'll hear Saint-Saens’ “Organ Symphony” with soloist Joanne Pearce Martin. Also on the program Ravel’s “Mother Goose Suite” and Jonathan Bailey Holland’s “Assemble”.
Tuesday night September 3 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”. From the archives you’ll hear Seiji Ozawa conduct the CSO in works by Borodin, Bartok, and Schoenberg, Also on the program, Beethoven’s “5th Symphony”.
Monday night September 2nd at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. From the Philharmonic’s archives you’ll hear Pierre Boulez conduct music of Dukas, Roussel and Ravel. Also on the program Beethoven’s “1st Piano Concerto” played and conducted by Leonard Bernstein.
Sunday night September 1st at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL- FM 90.9 you’ll hear Dvorak’s “American” Piano Quintet from Lincoln Center followed at 7:00 by music of Brazilian Claudio Santoro on Fiesta and at 8:00 by Gateways Radio.

Tuesday night August 27 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”. You’ll hear works that feature the Chicago Symphony Chorus led by Margaret Hillis: Verdi’s “Requiem Mass” and Bartok’s “Cantata profana”.
Monday night August 26 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. From a recording released in 1988 you’ll hear two of Richard Strauss’ most famous works conducted by Giuseppe Sinopoli: “Also Sprach Zarathustra” and “Death and Transfiguration”.
